Jake update!!! I won't lie, every time I think something is a little off with him, I get worried. And then I remember that we've gotten to have so much more time with him than I ever thought we would a month and a half ago. He's healed well. His spirit is alive and he's full of energy. He's done quite a bit of swimming, ball chasing, frisbee catching, car riding, table surfing (what's wrong with a little human food here and there?) and cuddling with us lately. I love him. Here he is on one of our fabulous fall days when all the girls were in school. We did some outdoor time together.
